With nearly 30 years of cross-sector experience, Tatiana is an independent consultant supporting organizations in strategic growth, restructuring, and access to European funding. Drawing on a multidisciplinary background in business strategy, HR, legal advisory, and public policy, she offers practical, results-oriented solutions tailored to complex organizational challenges.
In recent years, Tatiana has led major EU-funded projects aligned with development priorities, including initiatives supported by the National Strategic Reference Framework (NSRF) and the Recovery and Resilience Fund. Her work in mental health reform at the Ministry of Health—part of a broader engagement in public sector transformation—reinforced her commitment to systemic change and long-term impact.
Prior to her consulting work, Tatiana spent 19 years at the OTE Group of Companies, where she held senior roles in strategy and business development and served as HR Business Partner at COSMOTE, supporting over 1,000 employees.
Earlier in her career, she worked at Kantor Management Consultants, leading national and international projects focused on strategic planning, business process restructuring (BPR), and privatizations. She has also held advisory roles at the Ministry of Development and the Hellenic Parliament.
Tatiana now channels this breadth of experience into helping organizations adapt, grow, and thrive in an ever-evolving landscape.
